Again a Green Key Gold certificate for Stenden university hotel

Wednesday the 8th of February 2012 Stenden university hotel received the Golden certificate from Green Key for 2012. In Stenden university hotel sustainability is a very important factor, therefore we are delighted to yet again reach the highest possible certificate from Green Key.
Green Key has 3 norms, Gold, Silver & Bronze. Stenden university hotel is one of the 306 Dutch companies who have a golden certificate. To reach the Golden Level a total of 27 obligatory norms and at least 29 optional norms must be met. At this moment Stenden has the 27 obligatory norms but a total of 39 optional norms.

This does not mean we can sit back. Every day the quality & sustainability department is busy with improving the sustainability at Stenden university hotel and aim for an even better result during our next audit. Meanwhile we try to c reate higher sustainability awareness with our guests and students.
